MOQs vary by product type and customization level. Standard products typically start at one 20-foot container. Custom mold and private label programs may have higher initial quantities. Contact our sales team for specific MOQ details based on your requirements.
Can I get custom sizes and specifications?
Yes. KMD Aluminum specializes in custom aluminum foil converting. We offer custom container dimensions, foil gauges, roll widths and lengths, embossing patterns, and retail packaging design. Our in-house tooling capability supports rapid mold development for new product configurations.
Are your products food-safe and certified?
All KMD products are manufactured in BRCGS and AIB-certified facilities. Products are tested by SGS for US FDA compliance and EU EC 1935/2004 food-contact regulations. Both facilities undergo regular third-party audits to maintain certification standards.
