Purpose-Built for Aluminum Converting at Scale
Founded in 2007 in Pujiang County, Zhejiang Province, KMD Aluminum's China facility is the operational backbone of our global supply chain. The campus houses production, packaging, warehousing, quality control, and administrative operations under one roof — purpose-built for high-volume aluminum foil converting.
Building Exterior
KMD Aluminum's purpose-built manufacturing campus spans 2.4 acres in Pujiang County, Zhejiang Province. The facility was designed from the ground up for high-volume aluminum foil converting, with dedicated zones for production, warehousing, and administration.
Lobby & Reception
Our modern reception area welcomes international buyers and trade delegations. The lobby showcases KMD's certifications, global partnerships, and product heritage, setting the tone for professional collaboration.
Lounge & Recreation
Employee wellness is central to our operations. The staff lounge and recreation facilities provide comfortable spaces for breaks, team gatherings, and informal meetings throughout the workday.
Open Office & Conference
Administrative operations run from open-plan offices designed for cross-functional collaboration. Dedicated conference rooms support client meetings, video calls with international partners, and internal planning sessions.
Sample Room & Showroom
Our dedicated sample room allows buyers to inspect product quality, review custom specifications, and evaluate packaging options before placing orders. Every product line is represented with physical samples and technical documentation.
Production Workshop
The heart of KMD's operations — 48 production machines running punching, forming, rolling, and converting lines. Our workshop produces aluminum foil containers, trays, and rolls at scale, with strict quality control at every station.
Packaging Workshop
After production, finished goods move to the packaging workshop where they are counted, inspected, shrink-wrapped, and boxed. Automated packaging lines ensure consistency and speed for high-volume orders destined for retail and foodservice channels.
Warehouse
Our warehouse stores both raw aluminum coils and finished goods ready for container loading. Organized by SKU and destination, the warehouse supports rapid fulfillment for orders shipping to North America, Southeast Asia, and beyond.
Product Showroom
The product showroom displays KMD's full range of aluminum foil containers, trays, rolls, pop-up sheets, and specialty items. Buyers can evaluate sizes, gauges, finishes, and private label packaging options in one dedicated space.
