PT Green Source Indonesia (PGS) is the largest aluminum converting plant in Indonesia and the only Indonesian converter supplying the North American market. Established in 2016 as a subsidiary of KMD Aluminum, PGS was purpose-built to expand KMD's global converting capacity and provide customers with geographic diversification and dual-source manufacturing flexibility.

Operating from a 7.4-acre lot in the Kawasan Industri Milenium in Tangerang, Banten, PGS runs 69 converting machines across 53,000+ square feet of workshop space with an additional 129,000+ square feet of dedicated warehouse and logistics space. The facility has an annual capacity of 17,000 metric tons — more than double the output of the original KMD China factory.

PGS produces a broader product range than its parent facility, including aluminum foil containers, foil rolls, pop-up sheets, PVC cling film, and TPE gloves — serving as a one-stop converting partner for retailers and distributors who need multiple product categories from a single qualified supplier.

The PGS facility holds AIB Grade A, BRCGS, amfori BSCI, SGS, and SMETA certifications — meeting the audit and compliance requirements of the most demanding global buyers including Albertsons, Walgreens, Dollar Tree, Aldi, Chipotle, Glad, and more.
